Queen Bey doesn’t need to worry about weight gain, right? Well, not exactly, especially after giving birth to her set of twins in 2017. She had a race against time to get down to a suitable weight for her big performance at the Coachella Music Festival.
She needed to reach her ideal 123-pound weight for her 5’6” frame to be performance ready. Bey did just that by following the Marco Borges 22 day Nutritional Programm. She did it twice, back to back, adding up to 44-days of no carbs, sugar, dairy, meat, and fish, along with an exercise regimen. Bey admitted to being hungry but was happy with her results.

Selena Gomez is renowned for her laid back look when she isn’t working. She made her name while playing the rebellious Alex Russo in Wizards Of Waverley Place but had film roles such as Ramona and Beezus while doing the show.

The singer who once sang about kissing a girl and liking it has since moved in with a boy and had a baby. Katy Perry announced via her social media accounts in August 2020 that she and her husband, Orlando Bloom, have had their first child together.
The singer has always been on the more voluptuous side, will be looking to get back into shape as soon as possible by losing her pregnancy and getting back to her 134-pound weight, which is comfortable to her at her 5’5” height.
